Behind the Scenes: Turning a Six-Minute Film Into a Month of Social Media Content
Most businesses do not have a content problem. They have content they have not noticed yet. This is how we mine one film script for posts, using the company profile film we worked on for Savani Heritage Conservation.
Social media content strategy: start from what you already have
Savani's film script runs about six minutes and is full of lines that stand on their own. "Once lost, they cannot truly be recreated." "Every monument we save today becomes tomorrow's classroom." Each one can be a post. We call this mining.

What happens behind the scenes
We read the script like a content library. We mark every line that works alone: a number, a promise, a question, a quote.
We sort the lines into pillars. For a firm like Savani they could be: why heritage matters, how conservation works, the people behind it, and proof such as awards and certification.
We give each line a format. A big number becomes a single image. A story becomes a carousel. A quote becomes a short reel.
We design one template system. The same fonts, colours and layout rules, so every post looks like it belongs to one brand.
We plan the calendar. A mix of formats across the week, so the page never feels repetitive.
From script line to post
Line or fact from the film | Post format |
"Over 31 years, across three generations" | A single-number image |
"A family of over 2,000 professionals" | A team carousel, one role per slide |
"12 UNESCO Asia-Pacific awards" | A proof post |
"Restore 1,000 monuments by 2030" | A goal tracker, updated through the year |
"Heritage walks and educational seminars" | Event photos and a short recap reel |
"Not merely work. It is worship." | A quote card for the brand's anniversary |
Why this works
The words are already approved. The client has already signed off on the script, so every post starts from language the brand is comfortable with. The tone is consistent because it comes from one source. And one film feeds weeks of posts.
Lessons we carry into every content plan
Mine before you create. Your best material usually exists already.
One idea per post. If it needs two, make two posts.
Use a template. Consistency builds recognition faster than variety.
Plan formats, not only topics. A mix of images, carousels and reels keeps people looking.
