By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Our Services

Vega Creative Studio provides film production, photography, graphic design, printing, branding, web design and development, and social media services. The details of every project – scope, deliverables, timeline and fees – are defined in a written quotation, proposal or agreement shared with and accepted by the client. Information on this website is general in nature and does not by itself constitute an offer or contract.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or any other channel does not create a binding agreement. A project begins only when the client accepts our written quotation and makes the advance payment, if any, stated in it. Quotations remain valid for the period mentioned in them.

3. Payments

Fees, advance amounts, milestones and due dates are as set out in the accepted quotation or invoice. Work may be paused, and final deliverables may be withheld, until due payments are received. Taxes, including GST where applicable, are charged extra unless stated otherwise. Delayed payments may attract charges as agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide briefs, content, approvals, access, locations and materials on time and to ensure that all material supplied (text, logos, images, music, footage) is lawful and that the client has the right to use it. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and costs.

5. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included in a project is stated in the quotation. Additional revisions, changes in scope or new requirements after approval may be charged separately. Once the client approves a deliverable in writing, it is considered accepted.

6. Timelines and Delivery

We plan every project carefully and aim to deliver on the agreed dates. Timelines depend on timely client inputs and approvals, and on factors outside our control such as weather, travel restrictions, venue access, power or network failures and similar events. Final files are delivered digitally or physically, as agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

On full payment, the client receives the right to use the final approved deliverables for the purpose agreed in the quotation. Vega retains ownership of all drafts, raw footage, unselected photographs, source and working files, concepts, templates and tools unless the agreement states otherwise. Unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, Vega may display the completed work in its portfolio, website, social media and promotional material.

8. Photography, Film and Events

For weddings, family and private events, the client is responsible for arranging necessary permissions for the venue and for informing guests that photography and filming will take place. Vega is not liable for restrictions imposed by a venue, authorities or third parties. Creative selection, editing style and the final selection of images and footage remain at Vega's professional discretion within the agreed scope.

9. Printing and Production

Colours on screen may differ slightly from printed output because of paper, ink and machine variations. Clients must check and approve proofs before printing. Once a proof is approved, errors in client-supplied content are the client's responsibility.

10. Websites and Digital Work

Website and digital projects depend on third-party platforms and services (such as hosting, domains and plug-ins). Vega is not responsible for outages, policy changes or charges imposed by such third parties. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and renewals are provided only if included in the agreement.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

If a client cancels a project, amounts already paid for work done, time reserved, costs incurred and third-party expenses are non-refundable, unless the written agreement states otherwise. Rescheduling of shoots or events is subject to Vega's availability and may involve additional charges.

12. Limitation of Liability

Vega will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering its services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vega is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or business, or for events beyond its reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that project.

13. Website Use

All content on this website – including text, designs, logos, photographs and videos – is the property of Vega Creative Studio or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false or harmful information.

14. Third-Party Links

This website may link to third-party sites such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the website means you accept the changes.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
